If your PC gets stuck in a cycle of rebooting during the
update process, you need to undo the updates using System Restore. If
your computer came without a Windows disc, look for an option to access
recovery options, or tap [F8] before Windows starts loading, and then
choose "Repair your computer".
If you have an
installation disc, boot from it, select your language and then choose
"Repair your computer". In both cases, when the menu appears, choose
System Restore to undo the update.
